Carolina focuses her practice on providing comprehensive legal and tax advisory services, particularly to high-net-worth individuals, families, and the companies under their control. Her work spans a broad range of tax, customs, real estate, and general corporate matters. 

Known for her practical and solution-oriented approach, Carolina has developed deep experience supporting clients through complex tax audits and disputes—both before the Chilean IRS (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) and in court—as well as advising on tax compliance and managing direct interactions with tax authorities.

She also advises clients on wealth protection matters, including corporate reorganizations, generational transfers, and family governance structures. 

Before joining Gazitúa & Cía. Abogados, Carolina was a partner at Allende Bascuñán & Cía. and previously served as a tax attorney at PricewaterhouseCoopers (now PwC Chile).

She is listed in the Register of Directors maintained by Chile’s Superintendence of Pensions.
